• Wipe baseboards, windowsills, door frames, and ledges
• Clean interior windows and window tracks
• Remove labels, stickers, and protective films from surfaces
• Vacuum and mop floors thoroughly, including under furniture and fixtures
• Clean light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, and return covers
• Wipe doors, handles, and switches
• Remove paint splatters, glue residue, and scuff marks (as safely as possible)
• Clean interior closets and shelving
• Empty and sanitize all trash bins
Kitchen
• Clean all cabinetry inside and out (remove construction dust and debris)
• Wipe and polish countertops, backsplash, and sink
• Clean inside and outside of appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
• Remove protective plastic, tape, and labels
• Polish stainless steel surfaces and fixtures
• Clean and sanitize trash and recycling bins
• Sweep and mop floors, including under appliances (if accessible)
Bathrooms
• Clean and disinfect sinks, faucets, and countertops
• Scrub showers, tubs, and tiles to remove grout haze, dust, and residue
• Clean mirrors, glass doors, and fixtures
• Wipe interior and exterior of cabinets and drawers
• Clean vents, fans, and light fixtures
• Remove protective film or construction residue from surfaces
• Sweep and mop floors
• Empty and sanitize trash bins
Bedrooms & Living Spaces
• Dust and clean walls, ceilings, and trim
• Vacuum or mop floors, including under beds and furniture
• Wipe windows, frames, and sills
• Clean closets, doors, and shelving
• Remove all dust from vents, fixtures, and outlets
• Polish glass, mirrors, and light switches
